Budget is a part of every event, so below we've listed some baseline prices for common items under our product portfolio tab. Please keep in mind that every event we work is different and prices vary depending on design quantity. Please email us to get a design recommendation and price estimate. 

Set up and removal of all decorations are INCLUDED in our services. You will not have to set up anything or worry about the decor on your event day; we handle everything!

Q: Do you deliver?
We offer Delivery, Setup, & Pickup within the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. Travel outside of the city will incur additional travel expenses.

 Q:When is payment due?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the signing of the contract. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. For short term events, we require full payment upon receipt of the contract. 

Q: Can I change my order after I sign the contract?
Yes, you have up to 30 days prior to make any changes assuming any add-ons are available.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made in writing. Please refer to your contract for cancellation terms. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the event will not receive any refunds.

 Q. What if I broke it?
We understand accidents do happen. We don't have them happen often, but when we do, the client will be responsible for the replacement cost.

Q: Is a candle permit required?
Per City of Dallas regulations, flameless candles must be used indoors, unless a "real candle" permit is obtained from the City. Clients wishing to use real candles must bring their candles and vases to the City for inspection and pay a $200 permit fee.
